Services Provided: This Program provides comprehensive training in Student Success Coach Training, designed to enhance your skills in fostering educational success among students. The program includes access to online course materials, live and pre-recorded sessions, and one-on-one coaching opportunities.
Training Period: The duration of the Certification Program is as stated at the time of enrollment. Extensions or renewals are subject to separate terms and agreements.
Additional Work: Requests for services outside the scope of this Certification Program will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges. Such requests must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Participants are expected to engage actively with all aspects of the program, complete assignments timely, and adhere to the program guidelines to ensure successful completion of the certification.
No Transfer of Intellectual Property: All materials, including but not limited to training materials, course content, and coaching methodologies, provided during the program are the intellectual property of the Certification Program and may not be reproduced, shared, or transmitted without explicit written consent.
Termination of Training Relationship: Either party may terminate the training relationship at any time with proper written notice. Please note, terminations that do not fall within the guidelines of our refund policy will not be eligible for a refund, as detailed in our stated refund policy.
Indemnity and Limitation of Liability: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Certification Program, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from or related to any breach of these terms by the participant. The Certification Program’s liability in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the participant.
Refund Policy Specifics:
Refund requests are only considered if initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility for a refund requires completion of the first three modules of the course.
No refunds will be issued if any 1-on-1 coaching session has been scheduled or completed.
To request a refund, contact our support team in writing with details of your course progress and reasons for dissatisfaction. Requests will be processed after review.
By enrolling in the Student Success Coaching Certification Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
