THIS IS PART OF OUR THREE TIER
APPROACH TO STUDENT SUCCESS
Our coaching program is one of three success elements PA and Professional schools can use to reduce attrition, improve dropout rates, and increase student PANCE scores or other test scores.
By providing personalized coaching and mentoring beyond just an “academic advisor”, institutions give their struggling students the needed support and tools to find true success within the program.
We have a turn-key system for implementing a customized student coaching and success tracking program at your school. We work closely with your team to manage all appointments, documents, tracking, and more. We can identify the highest risk students through our advanced risk modeling process and provide direct coaching to get results.
All information is kept strictly confidential and there is no limit to the
number of students that can participate in the coaching program.
HOW IT WORKS
1
IDENTIFY SUCCESS COACHES
We collaborate with your administration to carefully select and train Success Coaches from your program who will work in conjunction with Scott Massey, PhD, or members of his team. Alternatively, we can provide coaching with one of our specially trained coaches if your program does not have the resources to appoint a coach.
2
DATA-DRIVEN RISK ANALYSIS
We work with your faculty, success coaches, and program director to use our proven risk modeling system to identify students at academic risk within the program.
3
MONTHLY COACH TRAINING
Once Success Coaches have been selected and trained, we will hold monthly mentoring sessions to help them better understand their role in the student coaching process and gain a better understanding of coaching best practices.
4
AT-RISK STUDENT COACHING
Scott Massey, PhD, or members of his team will provide coaching and mentorship specific to at-risk students, which will augment in-house coaching efforts. Dr. Massey's team can also provide specially trained coaches to work with at-risk students if your program does not have the resources to appoint a coach.
